The durability of your 4Joy Paddle hinges on proper care.Avoid leaving your paddle in excessively hot or cold environments for extended periods.Typically, paddles last between one to five years, with the average being around two years.As a general guideline, plan on replacing your paddle every two to three years for optimal performance.
What is Your Return Policy and Refund Policy?
For paddle orders placed on 4joypaddles.com, we offer a 30-day return policy. We want all of our customers to be happy and stand by our products. To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department for authorization.

2. You have 30 days from delivery date to return/exchange an item.
3. To return or exchange a paddle, the paddle should include all original packaging and accessories.
4. A receipt or evidence of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.
For Refunds:
1. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, you will be notified that the product has been received.
2. Once received, a refund will be issued within seven business days.
3. Refunds will be completed to the original form of payment, and purchases made with a gift card will receive store credit.
