60-Day Paddle Returns

Love It or Return It

Think of it as a demo program.

For orders placed on 4joypaddles.com and shipped within the U.S., we offer a 60-day “Love It or Return It” policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your paddle, you may return it for a refund within 60 days from the delivery date.

We may ask for feedback, but only to help us improve. Your feedback will not affect your return.

Allowed Modifications

  • Lead tape
  • Edge guard tape
  • Overgrips, without removing the original factory grip

Modifications That Void Returns

  • Removing the original factory grip
  • Altering or removing the butt cap
  • Handle modifications, including PU inserts

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Other Items

Balls, apparel, and other non-paddle items must be new and unused to qualify for a return. These items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

After 60 Days

If 60 days have passed, we’ll assume you’re loving your new paddles and crushing it on the courts. However, 4Joy warrants paddles against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the date of delivery when purchased from our website.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including scuff marks
  • Damage from improper use or impact
  • Negligence, accidents, or acts of nature
  • Commercial use or rentals
  • Modifications or repairs, including Slyce Caps
  • Used paddles or non-authorized dealer purchases
  • Promotional, competition, or replacement paddles
  • Paddles not registered when purchased from a third party
  • Paddles shipped to freight forwarders
  • Paddles delivered outside the U.S.

APO, FPO, and DPO mail are excluded from the freight-forwarder restriction.
