For paddle orders placed on 4joypaddles.com, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department for authorization. Here are the key points to note:

1. 1. Our customer service department must authorize all return, exchange, or refund requests.
   2. You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of delivery. 
   3.  To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be new and include all original packaging and accessories.
   4. A receipt or evidence of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.
