How long do pickleball paddles last ?
The durability of your 4Joy Paddle hinges on proper care. Avoid leaving your paddle in excessively hot or cold environments for extended periods. Typically, paddles last between 6 months to three years, depending on how often and vigorously you play, with the average being around one year. As a general guideline, plan on replacing your paddle every one to two years for optimal performance.
What is Your Return Policy and Refund Policy?
We offer a Risk-Free 30-day return policy. You can put our paddles to the test for a full month, and if it doesn't quite serve up the performance you desire, you can either exchange it for one of our other dynamic models or return it for a full refund. We even pay the return shipping!* Our commitment to your satisfaction is as fierce as your game, and we're here to assist you in making the perfect choice!

1. We stand by our products and are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers. Please contact our customer service department to authorize returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
2. You have 30 days from delivery date to return/exchange an item.
3. To return or exchange a paddle, the paddle should include all original packaging and accessories.
4. A receipt or evidence of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.

2. Once received, a refund will be issued within seven business days, usually shorter.
