In fact 4Joy's paddles are manufactured in the same factory as many of the top professional pickleball paddle brands. We take pride in bringing you top-tier paddles that seamlessly blend American design ingenuity with global craftsmanship.
For paddle orders placed on 4joypaddles.com, we offer a 30-day return policy. We want all of our customers to be happy and stand by our products. To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department for authorization. Here are the key points to note:
1. We stand by our products and are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers. Please contact our customer service department to authorize returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
2. You have 30 days from delivery date to return/exchange an item.
3. To return or exchange a paddle, the paddle should include all original packaging and accessories.
4. A receipt or evidence of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.

For Refunds:

1. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, you will be notified that the product has been received.
2. Once received, a refund will be issued within seven business days.
3. Refunds will be completed to the original form of payment, and purchases made with a gift card will receive store credit.
4.You may return a product for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. We may ask you a few questions about why you were unhappy with your purchase, but this will only be in an effort to improve our products, not an attempt to prevent your return.
4Joy warrants our paddles to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE in the United States and Canada. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to replacement paddles. Our warranty covers all faults in materials, excluding damages from improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents.:

1. The guarantee period starts from the date of purchase and is available only to the original purchaser in the United States and Canada.
2. 4Joy's liability is limited to the repair or substitute or refund, at its discretion, of any defect and does not include liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
3. Customers should refuse delivery of any visibly damaged items during shipment.
4. Returns, refunds, or swaps may not be consented if the item was damaged in transport once an item is signed for and delivery accepted.

Warranty Claim Process:
1. Submission:
- Initiate a warranty claim by contacting Customer Service through our website.
- Provide your name, address, daytime telephone number, and a description of the problem.
2. Verification:
- 4Joy may request proof of purchase to validate the warranty claim.
- Paddles won in promotions or competitions are not eligible.
3. Shipping Responsibility:
- Customers are not accountable for shipping the product back to 4Joy for warranty claim validation. Shipping costs will be covered by 4Joy.
4. Repair or Replacement:
- 4Joy will offer the customer a replacement, due to any defect covered by the warranty. The customer will have to option to request and receive a full refund.
5. Limitations:
- 4Joy’s liability for warranty claims is limited to the terms outlined in this warranty document.
- This warranty is subject to change, and the latest version will be obtainable on our website.
Limited Warranty:
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the initial buyer.
Warranty Period:
- 4Joy warrants paddles to be free from major defects for six months from the date of receipt of the original purchase in the United States and Canada.
- The warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and artistry.
- 4Joy will, at its discretion, replace the defective piece with a new piece or refund the initial purchase price if requested by customer.
- If purchased from an authorized retailer, follow the retailer’s return/exchange policy before contacting 4Joy customer service.
- 4Joy’s obligation does not exceed the original purchase price of the product. - 4Joy is not liable for loss of use of the product or other significant or incidental costs, expenses, or indemnities incurred by the customer.
Exclusions - What is not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident.
- Fading or chipping of graphics.
- Use in commercial applications or rentals.
- Modification or repair by anyone not authorized by 4Joy.
- Purchases from a non-authorized 4Joy dealer or in used condition.
- Not being the original purchaser.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:
- Include the original copy of your sales receipt.
- Submit a customer service case through the Contact Us page to notify the company of the problem.
- Include your name, address, daytime telephone number, product model number, and a description of the problem.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the paddle back to 4Joy to validate the warranty claim. Shipping will be refunded once the claim is validated.
The durability of your 4Joy Paddle hinges on proper care.
Avoid leaving your paddle in excessively hot or cold environments for extended periods.
Typically, paddles last between one to five years, with the average being around two years.
As a general guideline, plan on replacing your paddle every two to three years for optimal performance.
